Looking back, there are few memorable things in 23, taking this opportunity to reflect on the actions of the past 23 years.
Life#
- Overall, family life tends to be stable, personal performance in the roles of husband/father/son is barely satisfactory, thinking more than doing.
- Married to my wife for 5 years, known for 7 years, now referred to as dad by the child, doing things as a husband less and less, can't feel the word "care" anymore.
- The child suddenly clings to me, but I don't know how to be a good father, often feeling anxious and powerless.
- At the end of June, my mother had surgery for atrial fibrillation, not accompanying her throughout the hospital stay was inappropriate, now with elderly parents and young children, mentally feeling like a child, not taking on the responsibilities and obligations.
- Personal health issues arise, had kidney stone surgery in the first half of the year, found kidney stones in the year-end check-up, occasional chest tightness, lack of exercise and too lazy to take it seriously.
- Relationship with my brother has improved, emotional intelligence still needs improvement.
- In October, set up a personal blog, simultaneously writing for WeChat public account and Xiaohongshu, initial intention was to make some money, hoping to persist.
- Started listening to podcasts during commuting to work, realizing the lack of knowledge in the past, feeling more and more the gap in abilities and inadequacies in actions.

- The company's operation encountered some problems, everyone is worried, hoping the company will get better, but no solution in sight.
- Worked on some meaningful projects this year, widely applied in business, but personal growth has significantly slowed down, unsure about the future.
- Planning to create my own studio in the future, currently have no idea where to start, how to break down the goal, and how to prepare.
24-Year Plan#
- Read 6 books (one every two months, hoping to complete), improve emotional intelligence to provide more stable emotional value for the family.
- Reduce weight to 130 pounds through exercise, improve health, enhance the family's risk resistance.
- Break down the goal of creating a studio, take the first step, and slowly start trial and error.
